Rights of Investors
- Right to receive clear and accurate information about products and charges

- Right to receive account statements regularly
- Right to lodge complaints and receive timely resolution
- Right to know the commission/remuneration received by the distributor
- Right to exit from schemes without exit load after specified period
- Right to nominate beneficiaries for their investments
Responsibilities of Investors
- Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing
- Provide complete and accurate KYC information
- Do not share login credentials, OTPs, or passwords with anyone
- Regularly monitor your portfolio and account statements
- Update contact details with AMC/RTA immediately upon change
- Lodge complaints through proper channels if dissatisfied
